Meet the Team

Dan Chang
Physiotherapist + morale booster
Dan Chang is a Taiwanese born Kiwi Physiotherapist who graduated with Honours from Newcastle University in 2019. During university, he worked with a range of adolescent sporting teams including soccer, rugby union and AFL.

After graduating, Dan spent three years in a private sports clinic in Tamworth, gaining experience with acute sporting injuries, falls prevention in older adults, paediatric play based strength and balance training, and persistent lower back pain.

Dan strongly believes movement is medicine. He combines hands on treatment with structured strength and conditioning to help people become stronger, more resilient and more confident. He also believes dad jokes are part of the treatment plan.

His favourite areas to treat include:
• ACL rehabilitation and return to sport
• Acute ankle and knee injuries
• Shoulder dislocation and instability rehabilitation
• General strength and conditioning for the elderly

Outside the clinic, you will likely find Dan eatin dumplings, watching loud action films like Top Gun, running with friends or lifting heavy in the gym. He also hosts “The Flexing Physio” podcast, supporting students and new graduates as they enter private practice.

Dan looks forward to working with you.

Adrian Lucido
Physiotherapist + professional hype man
Adrian is a UK born Australian Physiotherapist who graduated with Honours from Central Queensland University in 2024. He has a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries.

He has worked in private practice in Rockhampton, treating everything from niggly sporting injuries to falls prevention and strength and conditioning for older adults, as well as supporting NDIS clients. While in Queensland, Adrian was also involved in local rugby league competitions, managing on field injuries and concussion care.

Like Uncle Dan, Adrian is a big believer that movement is medicine. He combines hands on treatment with exercise prescription to help people build confidence, resilience and trust in their bodies. He also somehow always ends up talking about food.

Adrian’s main areas of interest include:
• Sports injury
• Return to sport planning
• Shoulder injuries
• Strength and conditioning for injury prevention
• Tendon injury and load management

Outside the clinic, you will find Adrian lifting heavy in the gym, enjoying a chicken parmi at the pub, or rolling around at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Adrian is excited to work with you and help you get back to the things you love (and maybe get a few food recommendations along the way).
