Meet the Team

Dan Chang
Physiotherapist + morale booster
Dan Chang is a Taiwanese born, Kiwi Physiotherapist. He graduated Physiotherapy (Honours) from Newcastle University in 2019. During his university days, he worked closely with a number of adolescent sporting teams ranging from soccer to rugby union to AFL.
After Dan graduated, he spent 3 years working in a private sport's clinic in Tamworth. There, he had a breadth of experience working with the really acute and cranky sporting injuries, the older population for falls prevention, paediatric clients for play-based strength and balance training and people with lower back pain. Dan has completed his Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy and the Upper Quadrant Mulligans Concept course.
Dan strongly believes that MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE, he uses a combo of manual therapy as well as strength and conditioning to help build stronger, more resilient and more confident humans. He also uses dad jokes as part of his treatment.
Dan's favourite conditions to treat are:
• ACL rehab and a return to sports
• Acute ankle and knee injury management
• Shoulder dislocation/subluxation rehab
• Sport's strapping
• General strength and conditioning
In Dan's spare time, you will catch him on the tennis court hitting a few balls into the net, eating dumplings by the dozen, watching LOUD action movies like Top Gun, and doing some heavy squats in the gym. Dan is also the host of his own podcast called "The Flexing Physio" (find me on Spotify, Apple Podcast and Instagram) aimed to help students and new grad physios feel more confident especially in the early stages of their career.
Dan is looking forward to working with you.

Adrian Lucido
Physiotherapist + professional hype man
Adrian is a United-Kingdom born, Australian Physiotherapist. He graduated from a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Central Queensland University in 2024. He has a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal populations.
He worked in a private-practice clinic in Rockhampton where he was exposed to a variety of different presentations from those niggly sporting injuries, older populations for falls prevention and strength and conditioning as well as hitting the boogie with NDIS clients. During Adrian’s time in Queensland, he was fortunate enough to be involved with local rugby league competitions where he managed on-field injuries and concussion management.
Adrian, like Uncle Dan is also a huge believer in MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE as well as building character. He uses a combination of a hands-on approach and exercise prescription to help show people that their bodies are robust and resilient despite any setbacks. P.S He’ll always end up talking about food somehow.

His areas of clinical interest include:

-
On-field sports injury assessment and management
-
Return-to-sport planning and general sporting injury rehabilitation
-
Acute ankle, knee and shoulder injuries
-
General strength and conditioning for injury prevention
-
Tendinopathies and load management
In Adrian’s spare time you’ll catch him pumping iron the gym, smacking a chicken parmi at the pub and wrestling sweaty dudes at brazilian jiujitsu.

Adrian’s super keen to work with you, giving you the confidence you need to get back to things you love (and also ask you for food recommendations).
